Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra with Pawan Kalyan in Puli?

Kushi combination Pawan Kalyan and SJ Surya are totally engaged in the pre-production work of Puli, says sources. Even though there is a buzz in the industry that the film might be a bit delayed, pre-production work seems to be going underwraps. AR Rehman is composing music for this film and already 2 tunes are finalized. Guhan will handle the camera. The latest in the news is that Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra is approached for playing the lead opposite Pawan Kalyan in the film. As per the sources, even a photo session is arranged in the 1st week of June. Also, on the other hand, Pawan Kalyan is totally focussed on the roles he will be doing in the film. It is heard that he is trying several variations for the two roles. One of the roles is police officer and Pawan spent some time at the police academy for this.

A new name will soon be added to the list of heroes in the industry. Now it is the turn of director Kodi Ramakrishna to introduce his son to the big screen. Story discussions are going on at present. Deepthi, who directed Sunil for Andalaramudu, might direct this film. Also, efforts are in progress to rope in Sneha Ullal as heroine. She is presently doing Ullasmga Utsahamga. There is no official confirmation on this yet.

Sreedhar Reddy, the proprietor of Madhura Audio company, is turning to direction, says sources. Sridhar Reddy achieved the feat of establishing good foothold in the industry in a very less time. He bagged low budget and high budget movies strategically and is now strongly established in the audio segment. He is known to be a movie buff and probably that is why now he is eying on direction department. He is planning to direct a film with all new faces. His friends will produce and finance the film. Snehageetham is the title in consideration for this film. The makers are planning for a star hunt in association with ZEE TV to pick the new faces for this film. All the best, Sreedhar.

Known to being lucky mascot for young heroes, Srihari might now rub the magic on 'King' Nagarjuna. Srinu Vaitla is directing Nagarjuna for his next venture tentatively referred to as King. Srihari is playing a key role in the film. Sources close to TotalTollywood said that it is a negative but powerful role. Srihari seemed to have bagged a whopping offer from the producer for this very particular role. Srihari earlier acted in negative roles with Nag in films like Hello Brother etc. But those were the days when Srihari was still doing supporting roles. Now, he has his own image and to top it up is his lucky mascot image. Regular shooting of the film will start from 5th June. Sivaprasad Reddy will produce this film for Kamakshi Arts banner.

After delivering Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu, K.Raghavendra Rao picked Pandurangadu to come onscreen and the film is all set to hit the theaters on 30th May. What after this? is the question now. As per our sources, K.Raghavendra Rao plans to continue in this league and is working on Sri Vivekananda for his next project. Sources even say that hero Venkatesh is in consideration for this role. Probably things will get concrete after Raghavendra Rao comes back from his overseas vacation. He is leaving to abroad on 7th June. Also, it is heard that Raghavendra Rao is planning a digital film for his home production in the direction of cameraman Mir.

After a gap of four years, senior director Raviraja Pinisetty is back to work. Andamaina Abaddam is the title of the film. Raja and Kamna are in the lead. Most part of the production is already completed. Unit is presently shooting at Singh House near Reddy labs in Miyapur. The unit met media at this location. Nagendra babu, Raviraja Pinisetty, Naresh, sivaji Raja, M.S.Narayana, Nilagal Ravi, Hema, Sudha and others were present at the location.Talking about the film, Raviraja said, 'Call it personal reasons or lack of good story, there was a gap of almost 4 years. Now, we have a good story and the production is almost complete. Talkie will be completed by 31st of this month. Only one song is pending. Couple of songs and few vital scenes are filmed in Hongkong. The title is apt for the film. It is a youth oriented subject and we tried to discuss a key point that the present youth is neglecting'.Nagendra Babu said, 'This is my second film with Raviraja. First film Rukmini got me good name for my character. In this movie too, I am doing a very good and prominent role. I am playing the father to the heroine.'
MS Narayana said, 'Raviraja is the one who gave me life in this industry. When I was planning to come in as director, he is the one who saw a comedian in me and encouraged me towards that. He even gave me roles that got me good recognition. Coming to this film, Andamaina Abaddam has a good theme.
I am sure Raviraja will comeback as hit director with this film'.Posani Krishnamurali said, 'Even though I directed few films, I cannot do continuity shots properly. Working with Raviraja for this film is a blessing for me because it is doing a lot good to me as a director. He is great'.Nilagal Ravi said, 'I am currently working on two projects. One is this and the other is Kuchelan in Tamil with Rajani Kanth. On the sets, Rajani used to inquire about Raviraja and used to talk high about him. After working with Raviraja, I understand why Rajani has such high appreciation for Raviraja.

There is lot of news in the recent past on Krishnavamsi's next film with Tarun. Such as title of the film being Journey..Rajamundry to Hyderabad; free make of Dil Hai Ki manta nahin or jab we met; Moserbaer associated in production for this film etc.Krishnavamsi and the entire unit is presently in Rajamundry. Regular shooting of the film will start from tomorrow, 24th May, with a song. Several spots in and around Rajamundry and Dawaleswaram are picked for the song. The unit will be in Rajamundry until the 7th of next month filming the song. TotalTollywood quickly caught up with the director to get more details on the film. When quizzed about the title of the film, Krishnavamsi denies it and says, do you think Journey is my kind of title? He then quips saying there is lot more in the news that what I know about my film, referring to Moserbaer and the free make. He confirms that it is Sunkara Madhumurali who is producing the film. There is a lot of buzz and anticipation on Chiranjeevi's political entry but there is no official word from Annayya himself. But there are lot of hints floating around. There are comments here and there from close associates of Chiranjeevi confirming his entry. Even though Chiranjeevi is tight lipped about it, his entry is more or less confirmed. But when? is the million dollar question.On the other hand, speculations are ripe about alliance with various sectors including the left parties. Even though the megacamp is making sure that nothing is made official yet, Megastar Chiranjeevi's brother Nagendra Babu is already tourning several parts of the state talking to the locals and fan clubs.
And the kind of response is huge. As latest as few days ago, a rally was organized in Chodavaram and local folks anticipated Nagendra Babu and the turn out was more than 20 thousand, is what is heard.

No matter when the party will be launched, Megastar Chiraneevi might start his tour from 2nd or 3rd week of June. He will visit several places in the state. And as per the political watchers, Chiranjeevi has the best potential to grab maximum number of seats in East, West and coastal areas.
Though it might be far fetched thinking at this point, a poltical observer said that Chiranjeevi contesting from Narasapur constituency is something that cannot be ruled out. Lot of this is speculation at this point and there is no official word on it yet. We will have to wait and watch to see if Chiranjeevi will step in actively touring several places in June.
